“Angels” is an incorrect term in describing fallen immortal
spiritual beings because the word angel means a messenger from God.
These are beings that revolted from the presence of God.
Salvation has been offered to all who will believe on the name of
Jesus Christ. No one is left out of God’s plan of forgiveness and
reconciliation. For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the
unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh
but made alive by the Spirit, by whom also He went and preached to
the spirits in prison, who formerly were disobedient.1
It is my belief that the power of God is immutable, and it is His
will that all should come to the knowledge of His saving grace. I
believe there will be many of the fallen, both spiritual and human,
who will have a change of heart while they suffer in the pit for a
thousand years. I know the love of my heavenly Father, and if there is
a way and He wills it, all will come into repentance. They will give an
account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead. For this
reason, the gospel was preached also to those who are dead, that they
might be judged according to men in the flesh but live according to
God in the spirit. But the end of all things is at hand; therefore, be
serious and watchful in your prayers.2
There are a lot of discussions today about unidentified flying
objects. The United States military has released videos of spacecraft
without any sign of propulsion darting back and forth with
tremendous amounts of speed. No human creature could survive the g
force of these crafts. They are controlled by spirit beings from the
different sects of fallen angels and there is believed to be some thirty
five different types of alien aircraft. They wear spacesuits to give
themselves a physical appearance and assume different shapes and
sizes, but it is a spirit that operates the suit. The princes of the power
of the air are here for the culmination of all things, hoping to change
the outcome of their destiny to avoid paying for the crimes of their
past. Many focus on the end of the earth as we know it; however, they
know that it is the beginning of the end of the universe as they know it
and it will conclude with their permanent placement in prison.
They, the angels, are free from passion and sensitive appetites that
control mankind and any act of their will is exclusively determined by
their mind with a firmness and decisiveness that is final. They are
unable to change or reverse course. It is this exact quality that makes
it difficult for fallen angels to repent. Many are incapable of salvation
because they have been given over to a reprobate mind. So, where we
spoke of the immutable attitude of God where all should turn to
Christ, the immutable attitude of fallen angels prevents them from
such a conversion. They become an adversary of God: a demon who
is cruel, evil, and destructive.
It is this inability to change that compels Satan and all his
followers to deny the very existence of God. If you were to ask them
about the Creator of the universe, they would proclaim themselves
above and beyond such human thoughts. They would profess their
belief in their own creation and that the universe just happened
because they can no longer choose between good and evil. Their
choice has been made and it is eternal.
Not only will the end of all things happen here on earth but
throughout the universe where countless billions of beings will
answer for their sins. For then there will be great tribulation, such as
has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor
ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would
be saved; but for the elect’s sake [the Israelites] those days will be
shortened.3 The word used for foundation in this context is katabole, a
Greek word that has been misinterpreted in the Bible. Its true
definition is to cast downward. Since the end of time for people will
happen in all worlds seen and unseen, it must be concluded that
rational-thinking creatures have all had a similar beginning. Christ
will go and gather believers from all the other planets in the universe
where we will all be together at the time of the end.
Every fallen spirit that refuses to repent, whether visible or not,
will be placed into the center of the earth, which is now called Sheol.
With this many people it must be assumed that the world was made of
such size as to accommodate the souls that are destined to undergo
discipline in it. Many who ignore the call to grace through faith here
on earth fail to realize the tremendous consequences to their sin of
which only one causes their downfall, where if time passes in a
person’s life and they do not of their own will receive that which is
promised through Christ, there is no repentance after death.
When all creation, visible and invisible, shall end, every person
goes to the Great White Throne Judgment and all time shall perish
where there will neither be years, nor months, nor days because they
will be stuck together and will not be counted. There will be one aeon
(a unit of time equal to a billion years) and all the righteous who
escape the Lord’s judgment shall be collected in the great aeon so it
will begin. All will live eternally and among them there will be no
labor, or sickness, humiliation, or anxiety, or need, no violence, or
darkness at all, but a great light that envelopes all for all and in all.
Amen.
There has been previously prepared a place for every soul. Those
who believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God go to eternal paradise
and those who have rejected God’s Word (which is Christ) go to
eternal punishment. Many do not realize the consequences of their
actions. During the Great White Throne Judgment, which will be held
in the center of the earth, all those who have rejected the mercy of
God will be given immortal bodies that will be cast down into the lake
of fire where they will suffer the second death. Burning flesh and
bone but never dying because of their immortality.
Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son
Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him,
that God may be all in all.4 Many do not realize that the subjection of
the Son to the Father is the perfect restoration of all creation. It will
reveal the blessedness of our perfection and proclaims the crowning
glory of the work of Christ. He offers to the Father not only the sum
total of ruling and reigning that He has amended through the entire
universe, He has also corrected and renewed the subjection of all
creatures back to our heavenly Father. When Christ’s enemies are
subjected to His authority, we are to understand that the salvation of
those subjected and the restoration of those who had been lost is
complete. Love and joy will be perfected.
The highest and greatest good, which the rational, intelligent
nature of those who abide in Christ, allows them to become as far as
possible like God. God created man in His own image; in the image
of God He created him; male and female He created them.5 God is
silent about our likeness, but it can point to nothing else but that man
received the honor of God’s image in His first creation, whereby the
perfection of God’s likeness is reserved for us at the consummation.
We held within us from the beginning the possibility of attaining
perfection through the honor of His image.
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us,
that we should be called children of God! Therefore, the world does
not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are
children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but
we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall
see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies
himself, just as He is pure.6 “Father, I desire that they also whom You
gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory
which You have given Me; that they all may be one, as You,
Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that
the world may believe that You sent Me.”7
All of creation shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption
into the liberty of the glory of the sons of God. So, we understand that
the first creation of rational intellectual creatures was not composed
of matter; having no material existence, we were not meant to be in
bondage for this reason, but when we were clothed with bodies, for
whatever reason corruption followed. For we know that the whole
creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not
only that, but we also who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we
ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption,
the redemption of our body.8
And when all things shall be subdued unto Him, then shall the Son
also Himself be subject unto Him that put all things under Him,
that God may be all in all.9 He is all things in everyone in such a way
that the rational mind, when purified from evil, can understand or
think everything in the will of God. The mind will no longer be
conscious of anything except God. We will think God, see God, hold
God, and God will be everything to us since evil does not exist
anymore. “But as it is written, ‘The eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has
prepared for those who love Him.’ But God has revealed them to us
through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep
things of God.”10
When things begin to move toward the idea of all being one with
the Father, just like the Son is one, it is a logical consequence that
where all are one there will be no diversity. Therefore, our last enemy,
death, will be destroyed. Individuality, personality, and conscious
thought will all be preserved because for God Almighty there is
nothing impossible. So, it is with great confidence that all things were
made in order to exist and cannot cease to exist. Things made by God
for the purpose of permanent existence cannot suffer destruction of
the substance.
Death only changes a substance in that it persists and is restored to
life again at the will of our Creator. Let it be known that God resides
in every cell of every living thing so there is no way He can hide from
Himself. At any time, we can undergo transformation. What at first
was flesh of the earth dissolved through death turning to dust and
ashes, raised again from the earth upon the resurrection of the dead
becoming incorruptible immortal flesh and bones. Then the nature of
this body of ours, whether living or dead, will develop into the glory
of a heavenly body where death has no power. We become a vessel of
honor and an inhabitation of blessedness.
Those of us who rise from the dead will receive the same look and
shape of the body we had on earth, only it will be transformed to a far
better condition. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in
incorruption. It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in
weakness; it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body; it is raised a
spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.11
So with great confidence we suppose that this same body that now, on
account of its service to the soul is called soul-like, will advance
through a progressive order when the soul has been joined with God
and we are made one spirit.
God has created two universal natures, one visible (corporeal) and
one invisible (incorporeal). These natures each undergo different
changes. The incorporeal, which is also our rational nature, is changed
through the action of the mind and will by reason be endowed with a
freedom of choice. Our bodily nature goes through a change of
substance so that God the Creator of all things has a hand in the
design and restoration of all material purposes. He can transform us
into whatever form He desires that demands merit. He made
the Pleiades and Orion; He turns the shadow of death into morning
and makes the day dark as night; He calls for the waters of the sea and
pours them out on the face of the earth; The LORD is His name.12
There are creatures, including humans, that have been genetically
altered to serve Satan and his domain force of beings. Many who
claim abduction by aliens talk of laboratories where alien species are
genetically combined with humans. This has also happened with
incorporeal beings. “While men slept, his enemy came and sowed
tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had
sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. So, the
servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow
good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ He said to
them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you
want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while
you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both
grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to
the reapers, ‘First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles
to burn them but gather the wheat into my barn.’”13
I believe at the culmination of all things it would be appropriate
that the end should consist of returning to the beginning. Heaven and
earth shall be spoken back into perfection before the onslaught of sin,
so that the true and living forms of the divine services that Moses
handed down in the shadow of the law serve as the copy and shadow
of the heavenly things, as Moses was divinely instructed when he was
about to make the tabernacle.
Through the training of the law, mankind will be more adept at
receiving the more perfect precepts of Christ. All the more reason for
us to study, preparing ourselves for the precepts of heaven, which are
perfect and where nothing will be added. In heaven we will have the
eternal Gospel, a testament that will always be new, and will never
grow old. Jesus Christ who is King of all will take over the earth and
will instruct those who are able to receive Him in all His glory,
character, and wisdom with the preliminary training in holy virtues.
He will reign in us until the time as he subjects all things to the
Father. When everyone is made capable of receiving God, then God
will be to them their all in all. Even our new bodily nature will
assume that supreme condition to which nothing can be added.
The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the
heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt
with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be
burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what
manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,
looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of
which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements
will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His
promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which
righteousness dwells.14
The Greek word Peter uses for new is kainos, which means a state
of freshness whereas the word neos means new in terms of age. So,
there will be a new heaven and earth not a repair or update of the old
one. Where the fallen souls trapped in the center of the earth and the
heavens go, I do not know—maybe some other plane of existence or
maybe another universe. I highly doubt that our heavenly Father is
through with them. Because of the mighty power of His love He will
seek to bring them into accordance with the law. Maybe we are the
ones from the previous abyss now reconciled with God through
Christ. I don’t know.
David compares this future transformation to putting on a new
garment. “Of old You laid the foundation of the earth, and the
heavens are the work of Your hands. They will perish, but You will
endure; yes, they will all grow old like a garment; like a cloak You
will change them, and they will be changed.”15 The universe will be
again clothed with the brilliance of perfection where all will be judged
according to their works. There will be a new heaven and new earth,
and there will be no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New
Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride
adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven
saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell
with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with
them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their
eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall
be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”16 “For
behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former shall
not be remembered or come to mind.”17
Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end,
upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and
establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even
forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. “For as the
new heavens and the new earth which I will make shall remain before
Me,” says the LORD, “so shall your descendants and your name
remain.”18
“The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, the leopard shall lie
down with the young goat, the calf and the young lion and the fatling
together; and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall
graze; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat
straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play by the cobra’s hole, and
the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den. They shall not
hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of
the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.”19
“In His days, the righteous shall flourish, and abundance of peace,
until the moon is no more.”20 “He will be great and will be called the
Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His
father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and
of His kingdom there will be no end.”21 The holy land becomes the
Holy Earth and peace will be brought to all His creation.
You and I will no longer know each other: whereas sin is
completely removed from our heart, so is the knowledge of others. A
fresh new beginning will await us on that glorious day when all will
be made new. The intricacy of this conclusion only makes me wonder
what amazing things God has set for us in the future. I have no clue
what is coming after this, but I know that our heavenly Father has it
worked out to the most finite detail possible. What an amazing
voyage has brought us to this point. May God bless and prosper all
that is in your mind, and I pray you reach the new creation.
There is nothing more important today than sharing the Gospel of
Jesus Christ with others. Our families and friends are counting on us
to lead them to the truth. It is the responsibility of every Christian to
lead a Bible study in their home. Do not wait on some church to
dictate to you what you know you should be doing in the first place.
One of the saddest things there is in our current situation is empty car
seats. How can any of us drive alone to church with an intact
conscience, knowing we have the means to bring others with us. Our
churches are dying because we are not fulfilling our obligations to
God.
